Hurricane Katrina

In 2005, US Marshal Bill Reece is in New Orleans, Louisiana to transfer a convict to a new prison. When Hurricane Katrina hits the city, a wall of water slams into their car, rolling it over. Reece is knocked out and the convict escapes. Can Reece navigate through the flooded, storm-wrecked city and catch the escaped prisoner?
